Our history
About Melinda Hazel ✨
Melinda Hazel was founded in 2019 by Greek designer Vassiliki Christina, whose creations first entered the market back in 2004 under her own name. With a background in psychology and over 15 years of experience working closely with clients and their personal needs and desires, Vassiliki Christina created Melinda Hazel as more than a brand—it became a mission.
She wanted to encourage women to break free from the chains of pretentious “perfection” that left them feeling trapped and unhappy. Instead, she inspires them to rediscover their real selves, stand on their own feet, and embrace their originality.
Our guiding mantra soon became a rallying cry among Melinda Hazel fans worldwide:
“DESTROY THE PERFECT TO ENABLE THE ORIGINAL.”
Through this, women began finding the strength to be different, the courage to break through, and the motivation to make choices that bring true happiness—regardless of what others say.
Every piece of jewellery, ornament, and accessory is unique—created to celebrate individuality, authenticity, and colour. Over the years, the brand has been recognised with awards, featured on catwalks, shows, and magazines around the world.
What we’re most proud of, however, is that our designer never stops creating. Each design is born with the mission to inspire more women to embrace their personal style, their authenticity, and their positive spirit—making the world a brighter, more beautiful place to live in.
